Jack Molgard
Jack H. Molgard: Jack graduated from the University of Utah law school in 1969 and was
admitted to practice law in Utah on September 30, 1969.
Jack returned to his hometown and began practicing law as a sole practitioner. Throughout the years, Jack has been involved in many cases, with many clients as well as being involved in the community and is a proud
member of the Brigham City Rotary club, a service organization that provides service both
locally and internationally. Jack enjoys his dog and spending time with extended family at the
family cabin. Jack is now working on his 48th
year of practicing law.

Malone Molgard
Malone graduated from Gonzaga School of Law in 2008. Malone came back to his hometown to work for his Uncle Jack. Malone has been a member of the board of Northern Utah Habitat for Humanity, the Brigham City Area Chamber of Commerce, now the Box Elder Chamber of Commerce, the Boys and Girls Club of Northern Utah, and the Brigham
City Rotary Club. Malone has served as the President of the Board of Northern Utah Habitat for Humanity, Brigham City Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club of Northern Utah, and the Brigham City Area Chamber of Commerce, now the Box Elder Chamber of Commerce. Malone has worked as a public defender in Box Elder County and loves to interact with people.
